Soft Chamber HBOT, 1.4 atmospheres (ATA) hyperbaric by Oxygen Health Systems. They were very responsive when the folding chair inside lost its ability to stay upright.
The rest of their unit has been quite stout, not needing repair during the 5 years we’ve owned it.
